Beach and Bay prides itself on having the highest quality coaching staff in San Diego.  Our goal as coaches is to empower our  athletes with the skills to not only thrive on the volleyball court, but off it as well. 

Each of our coaches possesses extensive playing and coaching experience, and most of our staff has played at collegiate and/or internationally levels.  While not a prerequisite for success, Beach and Bay feels that in order to teach the sport at a high level, it is important to have played at a high level.  Beach and Bay coaches have been hand selected due to their knowledge of and passion for the game of volleyball.

One commonality among our staff is an insistance on utilizing the proper fundamentals and playing the game the right way.  We emphasize sportsmanship, teamwork, hard work, and winning with class.
