Beach and Bay Volleyball Club's mission is to provide superior instruction to aspiring volleyball players and equip these athletes with the tools to succeed both on the court and throughout their lives.  The impact of organized sports on developing athletes is undeniable, and our focus as coaches is to not only teach the intricacies of volleyball, but also foster the development of a hard work ethic, sportsmanship, and being part of a team.

Beach and Bay fields both Local and Regional Travel teams. Our Local teams compete in the Spike-Fest tournament series in Poway, while our Regional Travel teams compete against other top Clubs throughout Southern California.  Beach and Bay operates out of Francis Parker High School and the Gonzalez Sports Academy, in Chula Vista.

Technology: Everyone learns differently, and we ebrace the use of digital video to show our athletes what they are doing correctly and what they can improve upon

Specialized Clinics:  Throughout our season, we hold position-specfic clinics for our athletes to learn the intricices of the various positions...these are open to everyone, but free to Beach and Bay players

Facilities:  Our facilities and equipment provide a centrally located, top-notch traing facility
